3. Social - Of course, the social push continues. With Facebook now being the most visited website in the United States, your business needs to be taking advantage of it. Facebook is an amazingly powerful ecosystem and content distribution platform...but only if you use it. There are many other social applications and networks to consider, but you're first social step should likely be in same direction as everyone else...get your business on Facebook today if it's not already there.
